Delete your BuddyMatch account

How to delete it

• Log in, open Profile, and choose Delete my account at the bottom.
• We send a code to your mobile number. Enter it, and your account is deleted.

Can't log in, for example because you've lost that number? Write to hello@crmmates.com from any address, with the number you joined with. We check it's yours before deleting anything.

What is deleted

• Your profile: first name, gender, who you wanted to see, area, intent and prompts
• Your photos, including the files
• Your likes, passes and matches. You leave other members' matches.
• Your buddy conversations and everything a buddy remembers about you
• Invite codes you made that nobody used, and any request you made for an invite
• Your account activity, and any location you shared with staff
• Your login, mobile number, date of birth and consent records

What is kept

• Staff keep a log of their own actions, such as approving a photo or suspending an account. Those entries stay, with your account removed from them, so we can show what staff did and when.
• An invite code you made that someone used stays with the person who joined with it.
