Who can join

• You must be 18 or older, and give your real date of birth.
• BuddyMatch is invite only: you need a code from a member, or from us.
• One account per person, on a mobile number that is yours.

How to behave

• Be the person in your photos. No one else's photos, and no one in them who hasn't agreed.
• Photos stay clothed. Nude or sexual photos are refused.
• No harassment, threats, hate, or pressure to meet or to move to another app.
• Never ask a member for money, and never pay one. BuddyMatch never asks you to pay a member.
• No selling, advertising or scams.

AI buddies

Buddies are AI, labelled on every screen. They are not people, not members, and not advice: they can be wrong, and they are no substitute for a doctor, a lawyer or a counsellor. A buddy never sends anything to a person for you.

Your content

Your photos and words stay yours. You let us show them to members who can see you, and let our staff review them. Staff can refuse a photo or remove content that breaks these terms.

Safety, suspension and leaving

We don't run background checks on members. Meet in a public place, and tell someone where you're going. Staff can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Price

BuddyMatch is free while it is invite only. If that changes, we'll tell you before you pay anything.

Changes and contact

These terms are a draft until launch. When they change, we'll ask you to agree again. They are governed by the laws of India. Questions: hello@crmmates.com.
